Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We are currently only shipping to the U.S and Canada for the current preorder period.
I'm currently outside of the U.S and Canada. What are my options?
We will be re-releasing the 2026 merchandise during a later merch drop with shipping available to our international customers.
Why are you not offering overseas shipping?
Last year, we offered expansive international shipping to accommodate as many Art Fight users as possible. However, we were underprepared, leading to a negative impact on customer experience. In order to streamline our shipping process and provide a more positive customer experience for this year’s preorders, we have decided to limit our international shipping options for the time being.
Are any of the 2026 merch items limited edition?
No. None of the 2026 merchandise are limited edition; they will return eventually during a future merchandise release. This includes some of the 2025 merchandise, but with different versions.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. For an accurate shipping cost, add the items you’re interested in to your cart and click the Check Out button. We currently do not have shipping estimates for international customers.
When will the orders be shipped?
Stickers and Keychains will start shipping in September, while enamel pins will start shipping in December. All of the items in your order will ship together. For example - if you order a bundle of stickers, keychains, and enamel pins, the bundle will be shipped to you in December.
Returns and Exchanges
I made a mistake on my order. I ordered the wrong thing / put the wrong address down for my order. What should I do?
For any ordering changes, you may contact the merch team by filling out the form on the contact us page.
Can I get a refund before my items have been shipped?
Orders are eligible for a direct refund (money returning to your original payment method) for 90 days after your purchase date. Please contact us with your order number and reason for canceling to start a refund.
Orders older than 90 days are eligible for reimbursement in the form of store credit of equal value to the items bought, which can be used for future merchandise purchases through our store.
Orders that have been shipped that are not damaged are not eligible for a refund.
Who do I contact if my order arrives damaged?
You may contact us with a summary of the damage. Please be ready to provide photos of the damage if our support email asks for them.
If the damage is evident and accepted, we will offer a refund/store credit dependent on the refund window, or we will offer a replacement if there is one available.
"Damaged" is defined by item:
- Stickers - Unusable, ripped, punctured, etc. Once the backing of a sticker is removed, it is considered used and no longer eligible for a refund.
- Keychains - Unusable, broken plastic, missing pieces, etc. Scratches on the protective film does not qualify as damage; please remove the film from both sides to see if there is damage to the product itself. One side has a clear film while the other is opaque.
- Enamel Pins- Unusable, scratches, missing paint, broken metal backing, etc. Bends in the card do not qualify as damage.
What would I do if my order was lost in the mail?
Mail is sent out through USPS, and shipped packages become the responsibility of the mail carrier.
For domestic shipments:
If your package does not arrive within 15 days, please contact us no later than 40 days after your item shipped. If your ship date is later than 40 days, we will not be able to look into the case.
A note on international orders:
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and, if applicable, will be paid upon delivery or pick up. We are not responsible for extra fees due to customs or duties.
We are not able to look into international packages lost during transit.
