We do not accept returns or refunds for undamaged products and used products . Once your order has been shipped it can not be refunded. We do not accept returns for undamaged delivered products.
We do not accept refunds or returns for lost packages. If you choose the stamp mail NO TRACKING shipping option, it is at your own risk. We are not able to re-ship items lost in the mail. Once your item has been shipped it is no longer in our control, it's fully the responsibility of the mail carrier, USPS.
Refunds are eligible for orders that have not been shipped. Contact us with your order number and reason for canceling to start a refund.
Refunds are eligible for products that arrive damaged upon delivery. We do not accept returns for damaged products.
- For keychains, the scratches on the protective film do not qualify for a return/refund. Please remove the film and if damage is still present please email us with photos.
- For stickers, the item must arrive in unusable and damaged condition. Please email us with photos for help with your order. Used stickers are not eligible for refunds. Once the sticker backing has been peeled off, it is considered used and is not eligible for a refund/return.
